Ft2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Usage

Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by ft2. By registering or using the ft2 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ft2 website and all related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ft2 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ft2 ("Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The ft2 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ft2 platform. Account registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are prohibited from providing false information, impersonating another individual, or registering using someone else's identity.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. ft2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the ft2 support team immediately via email: [email protected]. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is carried out.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Ft2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if fraud, platform abuse, a breach of these terms, or any suspicious activity is detected. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not eligible for the recovery of any funds still in process.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the ft2 platform agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein and must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform.
- Transferring, selling, or distributing an account to another party.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or databases.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Using the platform for purposes other than lawful personal entertainment.
- Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
Ft2 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user found to be in violation of the above rules, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ft2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and held in the same name used during ft2 registration.
Deposit Terms
Processed deposits are non-refundable. ft2 is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. Minimum deposit limits vary by payment method. Any deposit made via an unverified payment method may be rejected by the platform.
Withdrawal Terms
Fund withdrawals will be processed to the registered bank account within a timeframe that depends on the payment method and the bank involved. ft2 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for identity verification or security review purposes. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents before their first withdrawal is approved.
Should there be any discrepancy in the amount received due to exchange rates or third-party charges, ft2 will not be liable for the difference, as all transactions are conducted in MYR.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The ft2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. ft2 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted in operation. ft2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the ft2 platform are the exclusive property of ft2 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or make use of any such materials without prior written consent from ft2.
Third-Party Links
The ft2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ft2 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Ft2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, and all other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
